Terms and conditions

WorksopWeb, based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, builds and hosts websites for local shops, trades, and estate agencies within 60 miles of Worksop. These terms cover the public site, the web demos, and a package once it has been agreed.

A package starts with a message

The prices on the Packages page are the prices we quote from. Sending a message does not start the build or the monthly hosting. WorksopWeb replies first. The package begins when that reply is agreed.

Hosting

Hosting is the monthly amount for the package you chose, for as long as the site is kept on. Everyday changes to words, prices, and photographs are yours where the package includes a login.

A website update

A Managed Business Site, and any higher package that includes it, can ask WorksopWeb for one website update every six months. That request is for a larger change. Day to day edits stay with the business.

What you write

You write the words, the prices, the photographs, and any update that is posted. WorksopWeb carries them. A connected place, such as Facebook or Google, only receives what you send or what you have agreed can be lined up.

Web demos

The web demo businesses are made up. Their addresses, phone numbers, shops, and property listings are for looking at. Checkout on a web demo shop and viewing or valuation forms on an estate agency web demo stay in your browser session. Nothing is charged, and no request is sent to a real business.

A live shop or booking list

On a live site, an order or a booking request goes to that business. Card payment is taken only when it has been switched on for that site.
