What we keep, and why.

WorksopWeb, based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, hosts this website and the tools your business logs into.

Messages about a package

If you send a message to start a plan, we store your name, email, phone, business name, and the description you wrote, so we can reply.

Accounts

We store your name, email address, and a scrambled version of your password so you can log in.

Your website and updates

Pages, photos, offers, products, and the updates you write are stored so the site and the posting tools can show them.

Connected places

If you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile, we store the login keys in an encrypted form and the name of the page or profile. Disconnecting deletes those keys. We never show them on screen.

Orders and booking requests

If a customer uses your shop or booking page, we store the name, contact details, and request they typed, so you can deal with it.
